You may return most items purchased from Minimo within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags and labels must still be attached.
You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items cannot be returned:
Items worn or washed
Items with damaged or missing tags
Accessories (as applicable)
Final sale items (if marked)
To return an item:
Email us at Minimo.pk1@gmail.com with:
Order number
Item name/description
Reason for return
Photos (if damaged/defective)
We will review and send you return instructions within 2 business days.
Pack the item securely and ship it back using your chosen courier.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We can exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability).
Email us your request first.
Exchanges must follow the same return process above.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable (unless item was damaged/incorrect).
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide order number and photos of the damage.
We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal:
We can resend at customer cost
Or issue a refund minus original & return shipping charges
